Kings Norton Enginering - Our Service
Kings Norton Engineering has extensive machining facilities including CNC, as well as traditional milling, turning, slotting and spark eroding equipment in addition to fabrication and sheet metal departments. The company can therefore offer a full product service including welding and fabricating. It operates in a wide variety of metals – high tensile, mild and stainless steel, copper, brass, phosphor bronze and aluminium alloys through to plastics including nylon, acetyl and delrin.
In 2004 our fabrication service was expanded to include greater capability in sheet metal work. This rapid expansion has been possible by acquiring key assets, people and customers from an established local company that had ceased to trade. We now have the capability to complete a wide range of work, much of which includes high-grade finish stainless steel items including components used in bottle unscrambling, filing, capping and counting machines for the food and pharmaceutical packaging industry.
By working closely with our customers to consistently provide a high quality flexible service we have become key suppliers to major blue chip organisations. We are currently engaged in providing a variety of services to our key customers that include some/all of the following:
- The speedy resolution of production problems in order to minimise downtime or stoppages.
- On site planned maintenance days to minimise risk in the production process.
- The manufacture and supply of stock parts to include components such as gears, drive shafts, couplings, drive dogs and knife edges.
- The manufacture and assembling of complete production units.
- The ability to deal with health & safety issue such as the design, manufacture & installation of a range of guarding.
- The provision of 24 hour call out service.
