Kings Norton Engineering’s ability to provide a high level of service is due to its highly skilled work force. The select group of engineers combines individuals with original apprenticeship qualifications through to those completing modern apprenticeships. They have a genuine enthusiasm for what they do and concern for the quality of their work and hence a continued interest in developing their skills.

The engineers are supported by a ‘front office’ function who have developed excellent relationships with local suppliers to ensure we can meet our customers exacting requirements. The low staff turnover ensures that a wealth of knowledge and expertise is kept within the company and enables us to respond swiftly to customer needs.

Safety

We have an excellent track record where safety is concerned and our systems ensure that our procedures are regularly reviewed and updated. The majority of employees are IOSH – SPA Health and Safety passport holders and our involvement with many of our key customers’ food industry specific safety standards and qualifications ensures that we are at the forefront of national standards.
