Kings Norton Engineering, an established company in the field of precision and general engineering, has traded successfully since its incorporation in 1960. The Company moved to its existing premises in Facet Road, Kings Norton, Birmingham in 1978. Dennis Wilkes joined the company as an engineer and after a succession of promotions became Managing Director in 1990. The current Board also includes one of the original directors who is now Chairman and Janina Harper who joined as Finance and Commercial Director from KPMG in October 2001.

Work undertaken varies from the manufacture of replacement components often to ensure continued production; to project work to improve production processes or solve particular production problems. The latter utilises in house design capability enhanced by CAD facilities.

This commitment has enabled Kings Norton Engineering to forge close links with a wide variety of national and international companies and in particular the food, pharmaceutical, automotive and textile industries.
